Preparing your property for letting
It may be necessary to make improvements to your property to ensure that it meets the minimum standards required for a property to be rented.

The law requires an NICEIC approved contractor to make an inspection of the property and upon satisfaction of the safety of that property issue a certificate and inspection report to state that.

Gas Safety Certificate.
A landlord’s gas safety certificate is required from a Corgi registered gas engineer certifying the safety of all gas appliance’s within the property annually.

Option 2 :
Letting's and rent collection 10%
This will include all the services included in option one plus the additional service of rent collection on behalf of the landlords on a monthly basis.
The management of the property still remains the responsibility of the landlord.
Full Management Service 12% This includes all the services in option I and 2 but in addition Chiltern Hills will deal with the any ongoing repairs needed to the property.
Inspections can be made to the property by the landlords or Chiltern Hills can be asked to make inspections on pre arranged times agreed with the tenants.
